You're welcome on research.cy. Buyers from abroad search here for property across Cyprus, and we wish to put your listings in front of them. Listing is free, and we do the integration work: you keep your CRM, your website and your folders as they are, and we connect to them.

Connect from what you already use
No double entry. Send us whichever of these you already have, and we map it to listings on research.cy:
Your website
We read your public listing pages, follow your robots.txt and crawl slowly. If bot protection blocks us, allowlist the ResearchCyBot user agent.
Google Drive
A shared folder with listing details and photos, one subfolder per property.
SharePoint or OneDrive
A view-only Microsoft 365 folder link works the same way.
Dropbox
A shared Dropbox folder with your listings and photos.
Notion or other public pages
A public listings page in Notion or a similar tool is fine as a source too.
No export yet? We can build the XML or JSON export on your side as a paid project: it runs on your systems, stays yours, and can feed every portal and partner you work with, not only research.cy. Ask for it in your integration request.
One property only? Use List your property and email us your licence details to get it marked as verified.
What we do with it
- Turn every listing into a card with your agency's name on it and a link back to your own listing page.
- Keep prices and availability in step with your source, and take sold or withdrawn properties off.
- Publish only the photos you tell us we may use, and remove anything on request.
- Merge the same property found in several sources into one card, so buyers don't see duplicates.

We are building a real estate management system (REMS). Keep your portfolio, and the developer projects you sell, in one place, and it produces clean JSON and XML feeds, not only for research.cy but for the partner agencies you share listings with. Developers who join send their price and availability updates straight in, so you stop chasing price lists. Agencies who connect now get it first and help shape what it does.
