About research.cy
research.cy is a Cyprus property search platform for expats, retirees, and international buyers. It collects developer listings and public listing sources into one searchable database, adds source links and price history where available, and publishes district-level market data.
How listings are sourced
Listings are collected automatically from developer websites and public listing sources. The same property advertised by several sources is merged into one card, with every original source linked so you can verify details at the source before contacting anyone.
How listings are verified
We show where each listing comes from and record price changes where history is available. We do not inspect properties and do not verify legal documents: Title Deed status, permits, and encumbrances should always be checked with an independent lawyer before any deposit. For rental condition reports, a separate verification standard applies.
What research.cy is not
research.cy is not a real estate agency and does not sell property. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or investment advice. Market figures are asking-price statistics — see how we compute them.
